Need an item expedited? Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request.
Most orders are shipped through USPS.
You will receive an email from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely.
Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt.
If any damage has been found, please email pictures to brienne@briennefarmersmarket.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.
*We ship via USPS Priority, which typically takes 2-4 days for delivery once a package is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed at time of shipping. Current turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our items.
The scheduled ship date shown on your order is an estimated time frame that may differ by a few days from the actual ship date.
*Brienne Farmer's Market is not responsible for undelivered, mis-delivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Brienne Farmer's Market is not responsible for lost packages due to shipping carrier issues or due to customers providing incorrect shipping addresses. Once your order leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and you will need to file a claim for any lost packages with the carrier directly.
Digital products such as pintables, tutorials or e-books are delivered to you via email immediately after purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be allowed for these items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. brienne@briennefarmersmarket.com
